Kasey Strouse RDN LDN CEDS-C
Kasey (she/her) is a registered dietitian and an Iaedp Approved Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - Consultant/Supervisor. Kasey strives to meet clients where they are at while navigating healing their relationship with nutrition, exercise, and body image. Kasey specializes in treating eating disorders and focusing on intuitive eating.
Kasey sees clients virtually in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Alabama California, Colorado, Arizona
In person appointments available for Charlotte, NC clients. Please note there may be a waitlist to work with Kasey.

Morgan Jutras MDA RD LDN CSDH
I often get asked why I became a dietitian and my answer is short and sweet: I want to empower people to live their version of healthy - together we can make it simple and customized for you! Never any "one size fits all" approach here! I am a weight-neutral care provider, and my practice philosophy is rooted in intuitive eating principles.
Being a Health At Every Size (HAES) and weight-neutral provider means that I believe weight is not the determinant for health; I aim to help you understand the "why" behind symptoms, motivate and empower you to build habits, and not just give you a "to-do" list.
I am certified to treat Digestive Health Disorders (CSDH) - I have a knack for navigating complex GI conditions! I will provide compassionate care and empathy, while emphasizing nutrition expertise and evidence-based approach to interventions.

Alyssa Ashmore MS RDN LD
Alyssa is a non-diet dietitian with over 15 years of experience. She's passionate about helping you find a calm and peaceful relationship with food so you can stop thinking about food all the time and have more room for what matters most in your life.
Sees clients virtually in: Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, Colorado, California, and Arizona
Alyssa will be licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and in-network with BCBS and Aetna by late summer 2026.
Therapy Dog (in-training)
Molly
Meet Molly, our sweet wild child. Molly is currently in training with plans to become a Therapy Dog. You may see her in the background of sessions or at our Charlotte office for some training sessions.
